The hand transmitter AKG HT470 has a built-in dipole antenna and 50 mW transmission power, so that the highest transmission security is guaranteed even over long distances. The long battery life enables a significant reduction in operating costs. With just one lithium battery, the system can be operated for up to 14 hours, with an alkaline battery for approx. 6 hours. The use of a rechargeable NiMh battery enables operation for up to 8 hours. The remaining playing time is displayed on the hand-held transmitter. A battery can be charged directly in the transmitter using built-in charging contacts. The condenser capsule C5 has a cardioid directional characteristic, offers high speech intelligibility and optimal protection against feedback.
