It has a simplified conservatoire system mechanism with additional thumbplate. This allows the player to use a wide range of alternative fingerings, with features found on very expensive models including mechanisms for many extra trills. Good tuning scale and an excellent tone make this a great upgrade instrument for the advanced player.
