Concave file with cut on the inner side. Ultimate tool for finishing of ends of violin pegs, saddles etc. Rounded edges prevent from cutting into other near surfaces like fingerboard or pegbox while in use. Hand-cut with coarse cut for ebony and other resinous woods.
