J. Meinlschmidt Hydro-Fit is a quick-connect adapter for attaching Hydro-Jet brass instrument cleaning systems to common garden hose connectors. It makes internal water cleaning possible in workshops, gardens and other suitable locations with a water supply.

Features and benefits

Hydro-Fit connects the Hydro-Jet cleaning system to a garden hose quick coupling. This is particularly useful when a shower hose connection is unavailable or when cleaning instruments outdoors.

The quick-release design allows convenient connection and disconnection without repeatedly tightening threaded fittings.

Compatibility

Designed for J. Meinlschmidt Hydro-Jet cleaning systems, including versions intended for smaller and larger brass instrument tubing. Suitable for common garden hose coupling systems.

Important: Hydro-Fit is a connector only. The Hydro-Jet cleaning hose and garden hose are sold separately. Check the coupling type of your existing hose system before ordering.

Application recommendations

Attach Hydro-Fit to the compatible Hydro-Jet connection and connect the garden hose using its quick coupling. Check that the connection is secure, then turn on the water gradually at moderate pressure.

After cleaning, shut off the water, release the pressure and disconnect the adapter. Avoid sharp bends in the cleaning hose and excessive water pressure inside the instrument.
