Musical Instruments
Elcoda is a specialist musical instrument retailer based in Germany. Since 2007, we have supplied musical instruments to beginners, professional musicians, students, teachers, music schools and orchestras.
The Elcoda catalogue includes guitars and other plucked instruments, violins, violas, cellos and double basses, as well as a wide range of woodwind and brass instruments. In addition to commonly requested models, we also supply professional instruments and specialised models that are often available to order.
Guitars and Plucked Instruments
The Guitars and Plucked Instruments section includes classical and master-built guitars, flamenco guitars, acoustic and electric guitars, bass guitars, ukuleles and other plucked instruments.
Elcoda supplies instruments for different levels, from models for learning to professional and master-built guitars. When choosing an instrument, it is important to consider its intended use, size and scale length, construction, materials, the musician's requirements and playing level.
String Instruments
The String Instruments section includes violins, violas, cellos and double basses for beginners, students and professional musicians.
When choosing a bowed string instrument, important factors include its size, quality level, workmanship and suitability for the individual player. Matching strings, bows, cases, chinrests, shoulder rests and other accessories can also be selected for the instrument.
Wind Instruments
The Wind Instruments section includes woodwind and brass instruments such as flutes, clarinets, oboes, bassoons, saxophones, trumpets, cornets, flugelhorns, French horns, trombones, euphoniums, tubas and other instruments.
Elcoda supplies both student and professional models. Many wind instruments are available with different tuning systems, keywork, materials and configurations. For more specialised requirements, the choice should therefore be based not only on price and manufacturer, but also on the specific needs of the musician, teacher or orchestra.
How to Choose a Musical Instrument
The right instrument depends first of all on who will be playing it and how it will be used. For beginners, suitable size, ease of playing and the teacher's requirements are particularly important. For advanced students and professional musicians, construction, technical specifications, instrument level and individual requirements for sound and performance become increasingly important.
If a particular model is not currently in stock or a specific configuration is required, Elcoda can help check availability and ordering options with the manufacturer.
