• The C1000 S is the revised version of the established predecessor C 1000 S MK-III, which was already highly valued for its versatility and reliability. Whether in the studio, for reports or for live recordings - the C1000 S always delivers the best results.
• A low-cut switch attenuates signals below 80 Hz and prevents unwanted interference from impact noise or wind noise. Even loud instruments such as drums and wind instruments in the orchestra can be removed perfectly using the -10 dB pad switch.
• If phantom power is not available, the C1000 S can be operated with two low-cost AA batteries for up to 120 hours. A control LED provides information about the state of charge and warns 1 hour before the batteries are empty.
• By plugging in the polar pattern converter supplied, the directional characteristics of the C1000 S can be easily changed from cardioid to hypercardioid. The presence boost adapter also supplied increases the high frequencies between 5 and 9 kHz by 3 to 5 dB and thus ensures better speech intelligibility and more precise instrument sound.
