The outstanding Beta 98D / S is a permanently polarized condenser microphone in miniature design that is used for professional audio amplification or sound recordings. Its extremely uniform supercardioid pattern ensures high gain-proof gains and maximum suppression of unwanted background noise.
An optional capsule with a cardioid characteristic offers other possible uses in a simple manner. With the unique A98D drum microphone holder, the Beta 98D / S can be attached to the clamping ring quickly, safely and without additional tools. The flexible gooseneck allows the microphone to be positioned in almost any position and thus unlimited pick-up options. The inconspicuous design and compact dimensions of the Beta 98D / S help keep the stage tidy. Thanks to its robust exterior, the Beta 98D / S retains its outstanding performance even in the rough everyday life on stage. The microphone is also available without the drum adapter under the name Beta 98S.
