Adams A3 Bb Trumpet

The Adams Custom Trumpet’s full overtone-spectrum ensures the instrument retains that authentic trumpet sound, even in the high registers. The instrument is completely handmade which gives it excellent tuning, superb intonation and makes playing easy. The warm, deep trumpet sound integrates beautifully in any orchestral setting. Patented receiver. Using the new Adams receiver, you can easily adjust the ‘colour‘ and timbre of the instrument. The gap between the mouthpiece and leadpipe is adjustable.
The A3 Trumpet has a ML bore of 0.460 (11.7mm). It has a slightly smaller bell diameter than the A1 and A2 trumpets at 122mm and a thicker gauge of 0.60. The heavier gauge is balanced with a reverse leadpipe producing a very efficient instrument.
The A3 trumpet has a bright open sound and great flexibility, comfortable in both symphonic and studio settings.
